Because we value the diverse cultures, languages, and family backgrounds of Cleburne ISD, our mission is to ensure equitable alignment of a rigorous curriculum, student-centered instruction, and dynamic assessment through inclusive collaboration and mutual accountability to guarantee the growth of every student.
Guiding Principles
The Curriculum and Instruction Department focuses on developing dynamic curriculum PreK-12, which is based directly on the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, and providing teachers with content and strategy-centered professional development. Propelled by the charge to serve students, staff and the community, the Curriculum and Instruction Department prepares a rigorous, engaging curriculum that addresses college and career readiness standards.

Should you have any questions or concerns about the CISD Curriculum content, delivery, or resources, please complete a Curriculum Feedback Form for the grade level affected by accessing the links below. This form can be completed by students, parents, teachers, or concerned community members. The District Curriculum Alignment Teams will address your concerns and respond in a timely fashion if requested.
