Leadership in Cleburne ISD is grounded in reflection, service, and excellence. CISD leaders develop self-awareness, serve others with purpose, and lead forward to achieve meaningful results for students, staff, and the community.
This leadership definition was developed in partnership with the Holdsworth Center and shaped by a district-wide task force made up of employees representing a variety of roles, campuses, and departments. Through collaboration, reflection, and shared learning, CISD ensured this definition reflects both research-based leadership practices and the lived experiences of our district community.
