    MS Girls Summer Strength and Speed Camp 2019

    Smith Middle School 

    Workouts begin July 22nd and run through August 8th.  We will haveworkouts Monday through Thursday  for the three weeks of workouts.   

    July 22 - July 25          8AM -  10AM
    July 29 - August 1      8AM - 10AM 
    August 5 - 8            5PM - 7PM

    Incoming 7th and 8th grade girls will be allowed to the workouts.

    50 minutes - Agility and Conditioning 

    30 minutes - Weight Room 

    30 minutes -  Sports Specific Drills  

    Students must have physical for athletics to workout.

    You are strongly encouraged to attend everyday.
