Graduation 2021

  • Thank you for your patience as we work to provide students and their families with a safe, meaningful graduation ceremony. We are so thrilled for each and every student that will walk across that stage, get their diploma and have his/her moment in the spotlight! They have earned it, and we are honored to celebrate it with them. We will continue to update this page as additional information becomes available.

    Parking

    LOTS

    • Lot R – Students and Families
      • R1, R2, R5 open for entrance/exit 
    • Lot A – School Faculty
      • 100 Parking passes per ceremony will be issued to Cleburne High School 

    PARKING STAFF 

    • Globe Life Field Parking staff will be provided with gloves, facemasks, and other equipment recommended for guest and staff safety. 
    • All PPE equipment will need to be worn for the entirety of the event. 

    Ingress & Screening

    WEST SIDE – STUDENTS AND SCHOOL FACULTY ONLY

    • Students and School Faculty will enter through the West Market Place Entry
    • Congregation in the ballpark or parking lots before/after the ceremony is discouraged.
    • Board Members & Special Guests
      • Please provide anticipated board members and special guests of the school to your Event Coordinator (7)
        days prior to the graduation ceremony
    • Globe Life Field will offer Walkthrough Metal Detector Screening for all guests, students and faculty
    • A health screening area is provided for each school to conduct screenings at their own discretion
      • Those found with any of the signs or symptoms below, as may be updated from time to time, are strongly encouraged to not enter the venue
        • Cough
        • Shortness of breath
        • Chills
        • Fever
        • Repeated shaking with chills
        • Muscle pain
        • Headache
        • Sore throat
        • Loss of taste or smell
        • Diarrhea 
        • Measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit
        • Known close contact with a person who is lab-confirmed to have COVID-19 
    • West Market Place Entry will open 90 minutes prior to ceremony start time for faculty
    • Students to arrive at West Market Place Entry 60 minutes prior to ceremony start time
    • If name cards or any other items are handed to students by school staff during the ceremony, it will be up to the
      discretion of the school district for school staff to wear gloves
    • Upon arrival, school faculty and volunteers will direct students down the Section 104 staircase towards the lower
      concourse. At the lower concourse, school faculty staff will direct the students to their designated seating sections.
    • Schools may use the area outside Section 5 and adjacent concourse spaces as a holding area for students
    • It is requested that a school staff member be positioned at the bottom of Section 5 during ingress to direct students to
      the left or right, depending on the assigned section 

    SOUTHWEST ENTRY & TXU ENERGY NORTH ENTRY – ALL GUESTS

    • Congregation in the ballpark or parking lots before/after the ceremony is discouraged
    • A pre-printed ticket will be required and scanned in order to enter the venue
    • Globe Life Field will offer Walkthrough Metal Detector Screening for all guests, students and faculty
    • All guests will enter through the Southwest Entry or TXU Energy North Entry and access the seats designated on their
      ticket from the main concourse
    • It is requested that guests do not interfere with the ingress process of students at the West Market Place Entry
    • Schools are highly encouraged to forgo handing out printed programs on-site (alternatives could be digital programs or
      mailing printed programs after the ceremony).
      • If printed programs are handed out on-site, please let your Event Coordinator know (7) days prior if you will
        need additional tables set at the Southwest Entry point for programs to be set up

    PROHIBITED ITEMS 

    • No food or drink permitted in the building except for a clear, sealed bottle of water for the individual. 
    • Bags will not be permitted into the building for graduation ceremonies. However, any bags carried for medical reasons, as well as manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children, are permitted.
    • Clothing with offensive or profane language
    • Disorderly conduct
    • Laser pointers
    • Noisemakers
    • Drones/Use of drones
    • Wagons
    • Glitter, Balloons, Confetti, Streamers
    • Weapons of any kind, including knives, even if properly permitted or registered
    • Any item deemed inappropriate for this event by Globe Life Field staff 

     


    Seating

    FAMILIES 

    Upon entering the Southwest Entry or TXU Energy North Entry, guests will utilize the Main Concourse to access the main seating bowl. Staff will be onsite to direct guests to their seats as needed. By the decision of Cleburne High School, all family and guests attending the ceremony will not be needing a ticket to access Globe Life Field. All seating will be General Admission on a first come first serve basis 

    ADA GUESTS 

    Guests who need assistance to their seats via wheelchair are asked to contact guest services upon arrival. Those individuals will be brought to their seats by a Globe Life Field Guest Services Representative. At the events conclusion, the representative will return to the guest’s seat and assist them back to either the Southwest Entry or TXU Energy North Entry 

    HIGH-RISK GUESTS 

    Globe Life Field has designated separate seating sections for guests who are at a higher risk of contracting COVID-19. Please contact your Event Coordinator should the school administration need tickets to these areas

    Guest Service Representatives will coordinate additional ADA seating requests on event day
