Parental Engagement Portal

As required by Texas Education Code §26.0071 (SB 12), Cleburne ISD has adopted a Parental Engagement Policy. Starting September 1, 2025, parents and guardians of enrolled students can use this online portal to share comments with campus and district leaders, as well as the Board of Trustees.

Use this form for:

  • General feedback about your child’s school experience or district operations

  • Suggestions or ideas you would like leadership to consider

Do not use this form for:

  • Emergencies or safety concerns → Call 911

  • Student-specific issues (discipline, grades, services) → Contact your child’s campus directly

  • Formal grievances or appeals → Use the grievance process

  • Public records requests → Use the records request portal

How it works:

  • You may include your contact information if you would like a response.

  • Submissions are reviewed during regular business hours and sent to the appropriate staff.

  • Please note: submissions may be subject to release under the Texas Public Information Act.
